Horrible stay. Lied to about options in room.

Booked this room from Monday night till Saturday morning for work . On the phone when booking the girl told us every room had a mini fridge in it. Turns out they do not. We had food we had to throw out after the first day that went bad. Attempted to talk to the manager every day about this situation. And the front desk worker said every time " oh he's not in right now" wouldn't say anything like we will have him contact your room number when he's in, and they couldn't answer any questions about the situation. Horrible hotel. Only answer I got from the workers was. Oh she's new she does not know.

Bad experience

When i wanted to extend my stay booked a room online, at the same rate, yet they checked my out brfore check out time and moved me to smaller room, when i checked the room noticed it was smaller and with no fridge nor microwave so i asked to cancel booking and rejected the room, and thru did per my request, but was wouldn't let back into my old room and that was two hours before check out time. Basically was forced to chevk out early.

Dear Guest, If our other guest has requested certain room in advance while calling to hotel we honor the request, that was the reason upon your departure date room was not available for your new reservation. If you have booked all additional nights with your 1st reservation we don;t have to ask you move to another room. Once you moved to another room at 9:00 am housekeeper started to clean room. We understand your check out time was 11:00 am there is not possible yo can go back to your previous room which was in cleaning process. We haven't asked you to check out early, you could use your check out time in new room we have provided for your new res

I stayed at the Days inn hotel for four nights all together, one night in the middle of the week and three nights over the weekend(fri, Sat, Sun) and due to delay in work needed to extend my stay so i book a room online as i did on the previous nights and stayed in the same room, but when i booked the room for Monday the lady at the front desk( Naomi)stated that the room i am staying in is reserved already and in order to stay they would move me to a another room, I agreed and went to move my luggage to the 2nd that when i noticed that the room is much a smaller and with no fridge or microwave and cost the same as the larger room, even though i had the larger room for a weekend rate when its normally more expensive ,therefore i declined and asked for a refund, and its was around 09:00 AM, she refunded my money but wouldn't let me back into my old room that i have until 11:00 AM to check out stating that she already checked my out. Not to mention i wasn't pleased with the way she talked to me nor with fact that i was forced to checkout two hours early.

Terrible

We checked in, everything seemed fine. Driving around to our room we noticed the parking lot was ice. Nothing was salted, not even the sidewalks. Our room seemed fine at first until we noticed the comforter had a terrible smell. Then when we used the shower it leaked all over the bathroom floor and even into the room on the other side of the wall. Everything I had on the floor next to the bed got soaked. My purse, important documents inside it and my clothes. Needless to say, we will not be staying at this hotel again.
