Tolerable, but has a generally run-down air about it. It is a tired property. Definitely not worth the $$ paid.

Dirty Room

i recieved a king size suite. room look to be in pretty good condition. i went to lay down around 10:30pm got up around 11:30pm to turn the A/C on, as i was getting a notice a small bug on my shirt i wiped it off and continued to explore the bed and sheets and did not see anything.i went to sleep and ended up scratching the whole night, by the time i got up in the morning i had bug bite all over my hands,arms, and legs. i was very disappointed and upse. i will not be staying in this hotel anymore i rather pay more money to stay in another hotel and not have to worry if there will be bugs on the bed. i travel to this area once a month for work.

Just a small inn to get you through a few days - nothing crazy or terrible. BE AWARE there's a 21+ check in policy - we didn't have an issue but this wasn't very clear on the website.

first night had a fire alarm go off at 4am but was no fire. Second night was woken up at 4:20 am by drunk people going up and down the halls. Breakfast was gross!

Horrible stay. Lied to about options in room.

Booked this room from Monday night till Saturday morning for work . On the phone when booking the girl told us every room had a mini fridge in it. Turns out they do not. We had food we had to throw out after the first day that went bad. Attempted to talk to the manager every day about this situation. And the front desk worker said every time " oh he's not in right now" wouldn't say anything like we will have him contact your room number when he's in, and they couldn't answer any questions about the situation. Horrible hotel. Only answer I got from the workers was. Oh she's new she does not know.

It was a pleasure to stay here staff was very friendly and the rooms are clean I would stay here every time I come to utica
