We stayed here less than 3 hours. Ended up leaving and driving four hours home with three small kids because the accommodations sucked so bad. Will never be back.

Staff are friendly and are ready to help with issues. Room was clean but only had been setup for one person. Area is secluded and dark in the parking lot. Another hotel that does not accept cash for drinks or snacks.

Property was great. Hotel clean. The guest during the stay were loud and terrible. Was well after 1am that it got quiet. Called front desk but nothing happened

The sink in room 107 didn't function properly. The stopper was broken and water drained slowly, as if the drain was fixing to clog up. The breakfast staff was excellent.

I didn't get to stay at the property since I was turned away from my laid reservation due to having a service animal which happens to be a cat, not a dog which is all they take. I then went to their sister company HomesSuites which has a very rude manager and an over exaggerating Front Desk Woman who made me feel like I was a homeless person sneaking in their wonderful "Resort" to get warm and beg for change. Disgraceful. After attempting to secure a room there with cash or credit card they didn't take an ID besides the standard passport /License. So I left on her advice to try a motel. After standing out in the cold for roughly an hour doing hotel/motel searches, the manager comes out in a sloppy "Dress Down" day Sweatshirt telling me to leave the property and that I've been asked to leave an hour Ago!! Which I had not been, threatening to call The UPD in which I responded to go ahead I did nothing wrong except waste my breath speaking to such a entitled woman. So if your going through any type of hardship and don't wanna be wrongly judged or compound the hassle then DONT GO HERE Please PLEASE, THANK ME LATER

Everything was great except when we got to the hotel they ran my card and it wouldn’t work because the third party already took the money out. But the gentleman at the counter helped us out figured every thing out for us. I will stay again

The check-in service was poor. When asked if I could 2 nights instead of just one it seemed to be a problem because it was booked through Expedia. That’s ok I found another nice place to stay. Also there was no tv channel guide in the room. When I went to the front desk to inquire about a channel list the clerk looked around couldn’t find anything and said sorry he didn’t know. There was no soap dish for the soap bar that was provided in the bathroom. Not a huge big deal but would have been a nice added touch. We I checked in I was told the breakfast buffet was from 7-9am. Was disappointed because I was leaving at 6:30am. When left the morning at 6:30am the buffet was all set up and people were eating. If I’d known I would have gone down sooner. The place was quiet and clean but lacked the customer service that should come along with a $200. A night stay.

The room was comfortable and the hotel was nice. We had noisy neighbours last night, we could hear them through the wall and did not sleep well because of them. The water in the swimming pool was too cold. The stuff was nice and friendly, overall, this hotel is a good choice.

no canopy lights were on till late so it was dark to pull up to for check in. the rear of building lights were off too during our unload. made it look unwelcoming and low budget. pool was sketchy looking as well. the continental breakfast was lack luster as well.

Hotel was extremely dirty and not well kept. Other hotels in the state along the highway are in much better condition and price. Curtains had gross stains on them, and shower and bathroom area were not well maintained. Breakfast was good, that’s about it. When telling the manager on duty the next morning and showing her pictures, she didn’t seem overlay concerned. Will not be staying at a Holiday Inn again.
