Upon entering at the side entrance of building it was just stairs, had to carry suitcase up them. It was very loud as it was a wedding being set up in the lobby. At the desk the young lady, think her name was Chianna greeted us and begin to check us in. Check in was smooth, room was not ready at first as she checked to see how long, by the time I left incidentals($50/night). We were all set. All my request were fulfilled. However, when getting into the room, can tell the floor wasn't vaccumed and tables, counter top, fridge, etc. were not completed. Housekeeping were nice gave me extra cups when asked. The sofa bed pillows should be lysol sprayed and cushions should be spot cleaned. Im giving a 3.5 out of 5, do to cleanliness. Most of the staffing encounters were friendly and professional. We were looked out twice, when told the key should open all doors. It was fixed in a tmely fashion without any hiccups. Overall enjoyed the stay. The room was nice and spacious. Elevators are very small but I get it because its a historical building. It also had a weird smell, like smoke and bo in the hallways. Close to the Hilton standard, work on improvements.
