Günstig, aber gut!

Posted Aug 23, 2015
Pros: Gut gefallen hat mir die Lage, der Preis und die Freundlichkeit der Rezeptionistin.
Location: Schwimmen, wandern, Bootfahren, etc.
Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, die Lage ist super - Seen und Nationalparks in der Nähe - und Ideal, wenn man ohnehin auf der Durchreise ist. =)

Good place to sleep

Posted Aug 11, 2015
Pros: bedding
Cons: remodel a bit
Location: within 15 minutes of Turning Stone, cheap place to stay if you can't get a good rate at the Casino.
Stayed fro one night, bed was comfortable. There was actually a blnket on the bed along with the duvet cover a very nice change from the normal hotel room. Got a good nights sleep and that is what I was there for, not saying it is a place I would stay on a week long vacation.

Pros: Near town.
Cons: Everything
Location: EAsy to go to town.
Not a good experience . The only blessing was that we could open the windows to let out the mustiness out.

Stay away

While the rooms were clean(ish) and the staff was friendly, there is a reason Econo Lodge dumped this place. The hotel (interior and exterior) have seen better days. In addition, the morning of check out we were greeted in the parking lot by the Rome PD gathering evidence from the room next to ours.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: the Heater
Cons: everything
The only good thing about this room was it was hot when we got into it. The parking lot was covered in snow and the walk way to our room had about a foot of snow in front of it. the towels were dirty and stained they claim to be green but really i think in this case its code for we don't wash your stuff. The Fridge in our room was unplugged when we got there and found out after i plugged it in that it clearly was broken because it didn't turn on at all would have been nice to know that in advance. The Plow didn't come through until we were leaving at 11am the next morning so we had to gun the car to get out of the parking lot due to the high levels of snow in-front of the exits. also unless you like sleeping on rocks with only three pillows to a king size bed this was also an issue but if your into that sort of thing have at it.

Pros- quiet & dark. Cons- Heater didn't work- too hot than too cold. Holes in walls with outlets hanging out. Entire tissue box fell off wall while removing a tissue! Don't drink the coffee- eeewwweeeee!!!
