Very nice hotel for the price and great service from the clerk, cleaners, and restaurant workers. Room was clean and spacious, plus all electronics worked without issue.

I had a two night stay in the Carlton President and chose it as I struggle to sleep with noise. I was not disappointed. The staff were friendly, the facilities excellent (I was sad not to have realised there was a health centre & spa and hadn’t packed clothing to enjoy these areas), the restaurant had good breakfast and dinner options and the bed was devine. The place was immaculately clean. The location meant it was handy to get into the centre by bus (a few minutes walk away) with good connections to main roads and sufficient parking. They have bicycle rental and I took the bike paths out to castle de Haar - a 25 min cycle - and was not disappointed. I would recommend a stay here to anyone and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to all the staff.

We were surprised that the sauna was available only from 10.00 to 13.00. Everything other was good. Breakfast was perfect.

Nice hotel and friendly service but There is not a shuttle service into town as promised on the expedia site. The staff did offer to taxi us one way on one of the days although the bus was easy to take into the city...there was a significant cost. Also there was a mosquito problem in the rooms which the staff apologized for and said that they were aware and were working on it.

The distance from the hotel was far from the center of town. We had to take a bus which cost us $10 euros a day however the website says transport within 20 k is free. After a discussion with the manager they did provide one free ride. Also the website says that spa included but only until.1 am then pay from 2 onward. The rooms are spacious and clean, however we opened our window overnight and were awaken with a room full of mosquitoes. They should have screens. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff great.

rant on premisses . I booked 2 rooms and 1 came upgraded. VIP rewards included free breskfasts and 1 free drink at the restorant. Treap to Amsterdam is about 30 min and free parking. Good looking place and nice front desk ladies had made our stay pleasant and comfy. I would recomend this place to any traveler with a good taste and it is worth the money spent.

The room at the Carlton President was clean and stylish. Bathroom was spacious with a heated mirror. We made use of the coffee machine in the morning. Good amenities! Would stay there again!
