When arriving go straight at the back for the parking garage. The entry boom will just open en register your license plate. When in the parking follow the signs for Fletcher parking. If you have luggage park closer to the doors. One are for the stairs and is open. The other is closed but you can ring so that they can open the door for you. That’s the entrance to the pool saune fitness but also the elevator. Go up to the reception on floor 0. Must visit place when in the neighborhood. I really recommend it.

The property was large and had plenty of room to roam around. The bar area was great to hang out in and the staff there were very helpful.Everyone spoke English and that assisted us a lot. The restaurant staff was hit or miss on helpfulness and attitude towards guests. All and all a good stay.

This hotel has an excellent location nearby the highway. A bit noisy due to the local traffic but expected with its location.

Decent hotel, very bad service
The service in this hotel, especially in the restaurant, is terrible. I stayed here a year ago and had not been back since due to the service during my first stay. Unfortunately, I found myself in a bind and had to stay at the Fletcher again. Big mistake ... the service is still terrible. Overall, the rooms are nice and the location is good (just off the freeway and only 1km to some restaurants), just the service is really poor

Great business hotel.
A well located hotel for business trips in and around Nieuwegein. Food from the restaurant was of a good standard with a good choice of beers at the bar. Free secure underground parking was available.

Dirty floor so you slept with grit in the sheets. Paper cups for coffee/tea. When booking we ordered and paid for breakfast - as with two other reservations this was an extra when arrived at hotel! That’s a scam by booking companies. Beware!

Nice hotel to reach bus stop and train station.
Hotel has a good location to reach for shopping center, bus stop and/or train station. Also there is a REWE market behind it for daily needs.

Nice business hotel
Stayed here for a business trip. Room was clean and bed was comfy. No frills but solid stay. Food at the restaurant was very good. Its a bit out of the way but front desk was able to get me a cab in about 10 minutes. I wouldn't stay here with a family but for a business trip, it worked out great.

Nice roomy relaxing hotel. Bus stop next to hotel meant visits to Utrecht and Amsterdam were 'car-less', so able to sample the many different beers of the area!

Lovely but nothing near by
Our stay was lovely but there wasnt anything near the hotel like entertainment or restauraunts or bars was there with my 4 year old daughter but other than that the hotel was lovely and clean and big rooms!
