This property provided welcome drinks and fruit which was daily, freshly made orange or mint with lime drink and for hot drink chocolate / mint tea . Fruit tangerine which was great. Staff was very helpful when enquiring for information concerning the city.

The room smell a little bad and i found hair in the beds. The staff make all the adjustments for ua to have the room cleaned right away.

We booked two rooms and there were dirty clothes in the wardrobe and the rooms were freezing cold. Also under the sink area, there were used tissue papers. One of the sink blocks also was not working.

A perfect weekend trip.
We travelled to Utrecht for the half-marathon, and found the hotel to be perfectly situated, both for transport links and for sightseeing on foot. It was comfortable and clean, the service was good, and the breakfast was excellent. We got a huge discount, courtesy of some Tesco Clubcard vouchers, and were pleased with how well it worked out.

Excellent hotel in great location
We had a great stay. Everything was smooth with check in and there was a room available for us early in the morning on our arrival. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly and always had time to chat. The location of the hotel was excellent for train links and to get into the centre of Utrecht. I would definitely recommend this hotel

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, everything is perfect. The location is in the heart of the city, a few meters from the train station and very close to everything you may need. The staff are very nice, friendly, and helful, they do everything to make your stay comfortable. The housekeeping is perfect, the restaurants are fine and tasty food. The front desk staff are very kind. I couldn't find anything negative to talk about. I just left the hotel yesterday but started thinking of my next stay there. I recommend it strongly if you are looking for a best place to stay in utrecht

Highly recommend this hotel. 5 mins to the Utrecht train station. Very clean throughout the hotel, not just the room. The room has coffee and tea bag’s which are really good. We would definitely stay here again.

Given a room upgrade on arrival. Told there would be no housekeeping during 2 night stay and was therefore given 1 small free drink in the bar. Perhaps should have been 2 ie 1 each. Breakfast was fantastic.

Very conveniently located a few minutes from the central station and only a short walk from the historic centre of town. The first room I was given had a water leak. I was given a new room immediately without any fuss; and a complementary dink at the bar. The room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was the usual all you can eat continental Buffett.

Excellent hotel! The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and couldn’t do enough. We did not eat in the hotel but the food seemed good. The room was large and clean. We decided to do the self clean option which meant we didn’t have our room cleaned every day, this was to be eco-friendly, and as a reward the hotel would give you a voucher for a drink every day you did self clean! Very happy with our stay and will be returning to this hotel!

Great location next to the train station. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and even directed us to have complimentary coffee when we asked if the lobby restaurant was serving coffee. Very friendly staff at the breakfast room too…thank you for a great stay

NH Hotel Utrecht
Such a convenient and well appointed hotel, within 3 min of the train station. Staff were incredibly courteous and helpful. Nice touch with the eco initiative on room cleaning.
