"The 2 bdr suite was filthy. Thank God my wife brought Lysol. Kitchen (countertop, backsplash, sink), bathrooms, especially toilets and glass shower - sticky stains all over and simply dirty. Towels had stains. Same goes for light switches. Also it says the property was renovated - old toilets, old bathtub, cracks in the walls and around the perimiter of the ceiling. The staff was accommodating and gave us a late checkout. This was nice. The furniture is new, but mattresses were very uncomfortable. However, due to being filthy, very rundown and uncomfortable I would not stay here again. Housekeeping needs to do a better job, otherwise it reflects very poorly on the property. We stayed in room 104."

"The customer service here has truly leveled up. I do have two quick, constructive suggestions to make this great place even better: • Housekeeping: Needs a bit more attention to detail. Recently, my room felt lightly tidied (like folding my blanket) rather than actually cleaned, and stray tissues on the floor were missed. • Breakfast: Please rotate the menu! For long-term guests, having the exact same spread every day gets a bit repetitive. Overall, it’s honestly a wonderful place to stay, and I really respect the positive changes you've made. Keep up the great work—I look forward to my next visit!"

"We didn't use the pool or internet We only stayed one night, we liked the small bottles of shampoo conditioner shower jel but feel there should be two sets one for each person and they should have an easier way to tell them apart, the printing on the bottle is very small and if you ware glasses you won't be waring them in the shower lol so it makes it hard to tell what you're using, it would be a good idea if they could have different colors on the caps either then that we had a great stay and enjoyed the bar. We will definitely be back again and would recommend this hotel to others "
