Good location and helpful staff at the reception. Gym is so-so but good enough to grab a quick workout while traveling - decent enough range of dumbells for a light workout.

Small showers but refurbished rooms. Comfortable bed. Don’t book the theme room that the countryside. It’s a waste of money.

The hotel is as central as can be. Their doors open to the main city square!!! They also have three restaurants and all of them different and with good food.

New, great Service and even better restaurant
Very comfy, central and clean rooms. Hotel restaurant is fantastic! Laid back, great food and drinks. We had a super relaxing weekend and I would definitely stay again.

Okay, but not a great spot.
The hotel was okay but we didn't get a great reception when we arrived. The rooms were nice, but the bar and surrounding area was pretty dirty. I just didn't feel like the overall cleanliness of the hotel was up to a top level standard. The entrance smelled a lot like beer due to the bar on the main level.

Great location
Parking was tough to figure out. Leaving early in the morning was interesting. They had a Sandwich and juice waiting for me as I was to leave well before the free breakfast. Great English by all the staff!

V central so good for getting about. Restaurant was too busy for room service so maybe that's something that could be improved. Other than that was a good place for a stopover. Oh was a little noisy at night with room overlooking main square.

Litet rum. Inget barskåp. Städningen sådär, damm på golvlister och lite slitet. Ljud av dunkande musik ända till kl.6 på morgonen. Morgonmålet gott men ett enda kaos före man hittade allt. Strul med parkeringen trots att den var betald i samband med incheckningen.

Vi skickar vidare din meddelande till städningen, vad du berättade är inte vår vanlig kvalitet, ber om ursäkt för det. Jag fick höra att det hade varit några ungar i bilen på torget och de hade spelat musik med hög volym - detta händer väldigt sällan nuförtiden, synd att du var tvungen att lyssna på det. Vasa Torgparkering har nyligen bytt sitt parkeringssystem och det har orsakat några problem, men det blir bättre varje dag.Tack för besöket och välkommen åter!Med vänliga hälsningar, Henry M.
