I made a 5-night reservation and decided to move to a different hotel after the 3rd night due to the following reasons. I stayed in room 413.
1. Hot water in shower was not hot enough and water pressure was very low. It was uncomfortable to take shower in winter.
2. Shower head was clogged with mineral deposits.
3. A plumber replaced the shower head, but left dirty water and footprints all over around the bath tub.
4. Internet was terribly unstable. It required new passcodes every couple hours (it supposed to last 24 hours). The IT staff was not ON-SITE during evening/night hours. Front desk staffs were incapable of handling internet problems.
5. “DO NOT DISTURB” light outside of door was broken.
6. Not many western TV channels were available in room.
7. Room service was slow and food was not hot upon delivery.
8. Location was not convenient. No major shopping mall/western food restaurants nearby.
9. Reservation staff mistakenly requested me to check out of hotel one day earlier.
10. Only 2 pieces of bath towels were provided, no small and medium size towels.
11. Hot water kettle cover was broken.
12. No boxed tissues were provided.
13. Due to the security concerns with Indian neighboring countries, all hotels I previously stayed in India had very tight security, including checking all cars entering the premise and screening all guests/luggage entering the lobby. However, this hotel had none.
