Pros: Staff was awesome! The room amenities (free water, Nespresso machine, stuffed animal for kids, etc..).
Cons: Beds/pillows. Our room had 2 double beds and I was expecting queen sized beds. The bed was way too small for my husband and I and pillows too fluffy.
Location: A lot of restaurants, shopping and hiking (in the summer). Went to Adventure Ridge and it was not worth the $$. The kids did not enjoy it.
We love the Four Seasons properties. The staff is always amazingly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and filled with complimentary amenities. Upon arrival there were tents set up on the floor for our kids and each tent had a kids sized robe and slippers and a complimentary stuffed animal. The room was extremely spacious and beautiful. The pool area was very kid friendly and they had an array of pool toys available for the kids.

Excellent place to stay and enjoy Vail.

Posted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and very quite.
Cons: There is no restroom located in or near the exercise room.
Location: Excellent location with easy walking access to Vail Village and Lionshead Village.
Stayed for four days and enjoyed the mountain view, the exercise facilities, and the excellent access to public transportation and the short walking distance to Vail Village and Lionshead Village.

Relaxing in Vail

Posted Jul 29, 2015
Pros: Luxurious without being pretentious.
Cons: Not much could be improved.
Location: We shopped, ate and took a gondola ride to the mountain top. There are unlimited activities in the area, but we went to relax.
The staff was extremely helpful, a car is available to drop you off, room was spacious with a wonderful fireplace and large bathroom & huge closet. Located a block from the Village of Vail and a short walk to ski lifts and other activities, it was perfect for quiet comfort close to activities. The deserts in the FLAME restaurant are a must have.

June visit

Excellent service and helpful staff. June was a perfect time to visit. Vail village was great and there was hiking and mountain biking too. Resort thought of everything including aloe Vera by the pool.

Fine for shoulder season with special pricing.

Posted Jun 13, 2015
Pros: Convenience and special dining rates at Flame for shoulder season. Very clean room.
Cons: Service in the Flame.
Price okay for shoulder season. Understood lounge was being renovated before we made reservation. Happy hour in penthouse was nice. Staff great there. Bellman we had made our room change possible from a room with no balcony to one with a balcony which we used everyday of our stay. Service in Flame was very slow. Manager comped our wine as my husband had to go to the desk to see where our wait staff was with our wine order and we were out of water. Actual waiter was very knowledgeable and personable for dinner. Good special pricing for shoulder season at the Flame and food was very good.
