Main problem was they did not make up the room from the first night. When I asked for some kind of compensation, they only said they would mention it to the maids.
This room was very poorly laid out, with the bathroom small and cramped.
Beds were uncomfortable.
Night shift clerk was very congenial and also quickly arranged for us to stay another night.
Breakfast was pretty good, though the layout of the dining room in terms of access to food and coffee was not well thought out.
