The hotel was just average. The rooms were a bit small. The beds were nice and comfortable but the air conditioner was located right at your head so it was a bit noisy.

Nice clean room, quiet location, friendly staff

Pros: We will stay there, again
Cons: Breakfast okay, eggs and sausage patties a little soggy, set in the steamer too long
Location: Right by the interstate, still quiet.
Just a stay for the night as traveling through, location was easy to find, quiet location, clean facility- we will stay there again.

You booked thru Expedia???

We arrived at the hotel about 7:30pm. We were asked our names and the clerk noted we booked thru Expedia and immediately said our booked room, a king suite, was unavailable. He then explained if we would have booked directly with the hotel he could make some sort of accommodation. We were offered a double bed, we were tired, it was for one night, we said okay. We went to our room opened the door only to find the room occupied and some one in the shower, lucky for all involved we exited without any mayhem. Returning to the lobby magically a king suite appeared. The fire alarm going off the next morning was a gentle reminder to never stay at a Wyndam property again.

Stopped on the way through for a night. Room was big, clean, and had a full kitchen. The free breakfast was great too.

Bad from the get go. Had a reservation but they didn't have a room for us. After 30 minutes they decided to put us in a suite which was fine. Paid in cash but they still charged our card for over the amount that was paid. It was just a big hassle.

terrible hotel

Pros: nothing
Cons: Bull doze the place and start over.
Location: It's Eagle Co., if you don't ski there is literally nothing to do.
I had to swim through a cloud of ciggarette smoke to even get to the front door. There was trash in the stairwells, the room smelled stale and funky. The "breakfast" was terribly cooked eggs and sausage.

We pride ourselves on customer service and I see we fell short. I do hope that you will give us another chance. This was an isolated incident. Proper procedures have been put into place to ensure it never happens again.

Very Disappointed . Worse Wyndham stay ever.

Pros: Our bed was comfortable and size of room was good.
Cons: Pretty much everything. See other comments.
The desk clerk was rude. Employees stood outside the front door smoking. The Breakfast area was dirty. Tried to ask the employee a question and he ignored me. Later I heard him speaking Spanish to a cleaning person and figured he must not have known english. I found out he was a maintenance man doing the kitchen . No tables were cleaned off all morning. The milk in the refrig. was frozen and the guests were frustrated by any number of things. There were dirty linens and garbage that stunk like a dump on the 3rd floor for almost two days before someone moved it. To have paid $177.00 a night made me feel sick to my stomach. I could have had a better stay at Days Inn or 6 Motel for half the cost. It was a hotel that should have been priced at about $85. a night at most for the condition and service of the staff and condition of the facilities. I can't believe Wyndham allows this. I thought they were higher caliber than this. I will say this about our room. Our housekeeper did a good job and the bed was very comfortable although the bathroom smelled like sewer coming from pipes. We did not bother after twice trying to communicate with the front desk when we first checked in and got no response to even mention anything to anyone else. Totally disappointing . I would recommend going to just about any other Motel or Hotel in town for less price. Dont let the Name Hawthorn or Wyndham fool you like it did me.
