Staff did not even give us our room #, not happy in their job which reflected on lack of welcome to guests arriving. Air conditioner did not work. Morning coffee at 7 a.m. was cold. 3rd Wyndham we have stayed at in a year, all have been run down, will be our last.

I am sorry that you were not happy with your stay with us. It is our policy to not give out the room number but write it on your key holder. It's a privacy issue and want to make sure no one knows your room number. We just went through a major renovation 2 years ago. We are sorry that you didn't enjoy it. We hope to see you again.
