The staff was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Max, the bellman, was a ray of sunshine everyday, and always ready to help in anyway he could. The spa was relaxing and peaceful, and the location of the hotel couldn’t be better. I’d definitely stay here again!

Really excellent, beautifully kept Most of staff ver friendly and helpful. We especially want to recognize Stephen for outstanding help and communication. Daily room service a real plus. Quiet location and access terrific. Look forward to our return

Was clean but pretty out dated. Bathroom was tiny with peeling paint. Very bare bones room and seemed expensive for what you get.

Don’t bring your kids here if you’re a family. All they did was complain about our “kids” being too loud not once not twice but three times. Staff was also rude and not friendly.

Location. Access to the ski lift. They handle your gear and keep it at the base. Breakfast was average but nice that they offer it for free.

Shocked at the size. Two double beds barely fit in this room. First room I haven't had a refrigerator in in 20 years. Dresser had multiple broken drawers. Great location and the people there are very attentive. If you're a family of 4 you will be pressed for space as there is no place to put anything and no place to gather other than sitting on the beds. If you're tall enjoy your feet hanging off (booking notes say queen or double but the booking was for a specific room so no upgrade at check-in to a room with queens)

Cozy and Comfortable
The rooms were very cozy and clean. Spacious and plenty of room for our family. Loced the views from the balcony and the wood burning fireplace in the living room. We will be back!

The room was musty. Room service was great. Front desk was not attended some of the time. Breakfast was marginal at best. Location is fantastic. Overpriced for product. Needs updating.

Very nice hotel right on the mountain. Excellent concierge that took my skis to get a tune and then picked them up for me the next morning. Also had Tesla destination chargers in the parking garage which was very convenient.
