Mar 3, 2025 Liked: Location Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy #### Filthy Hole in the Wall All carpets are disgusting with stains additionally pet urine in primary bedroom.Pillows on couches have years of discoloring stains.Sitting on the couch means sinking to the bottom of the frame.Literal holes in wall in primary bedroom.Windows facing the mountains appear they have never been cleaned.Balcony sliding door frame full of dead insects.Vacasa management never called back as they stated when moving hallway toilet and leak at base reported.Vacasa has very poor management with automated text.Reported twice a very loud squealing fan that finally got disconnected.We've stayed at Simba Run for years and have never been disappointed until now.Informed Simba Run staff of the condition of this Vacasa managed unit.Unbelievably disgusting.
