“Stay at a different hotel. This is the first review I have ever posted and first visit to Vail, I usually just don’t return/support the restaurant or hotel in the future when we have a bad experience. When you travel to Vail you expect a nice resort and this one was so disappointing. We stayed in a room called a Luxury Room King Bed which was an upgraded king room with balcony. The balcony was below ground level with view of walls. Our room was dirty with bugs and hair on the floors and sinks.……

“Clean and Pristine. It was a pretty good size condo. Kitchen was fully stocked with cups/ pots and pans but was missing basics like sugar etc. Easy check in instructions. We loved it.”

“The location in vail village is perfect. We parked our car in the garage free of charge during our stay and walked to everything. The staff was top notch they even knew our names. It’s newly renovated so very clean. You can stay in a one bedroom or come with family and stay in a four bedroom suite. This will be our go to location every time we visit Vail.”
