Terrace + private gravel Court. Small steep natural slopes. Ski area Val Cenis Vanoise at 400 m. Cross-country skiing at 700 m. Contemporary style house located at the entrance of the village, above the road. Bordering grasslands and meadows wooded. Bed & Breakfast very good comfort. Spacious and bright. Large terrace with superb views of the Valley, massif and the Parrachée tooth. Close to shops & services. Gite 400m from the Val-Cenis-Vanoise ski area (125 km of slopes).
