Great hotel in wonderful location. Breakfast overlooking the towers if San Gimignano was a real treat. Only gripe is beds could be more comfortable.
Hands down the best staff anywhere, and we have traveled all over. Incredibly fri belt and attentive and accommodating. And the resort itself is simply special. Vistas out of a Hollywood set. The spa was fantastic and the food, wow.
We stayed here for 10 days with our newborn. The hotel staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to accommodate us. We had a big suite upstairs (Room 10) but we found it difficult to get up and down every day with the pram and other bits so asked if we could move downstairs. They accommodated our ...
Nice resort and grounds. Rooms had no airflow and seemed very humid. A little noisy at times. Pool was nice but isn't heated and was cold. Great breakfast and dinners. Handy to many other towns if you have a car and are driving around Tuscany.
What a pleasant place to stay. The rooms are big and airy, with pool side access, and chairs and table at the french windows to sit at, or under the many umbrellas and sunbeds, at the side of the pool. Plenty free car parking space, and pleasant grounds. The restaurant was also to be ...
Staff are so courteous and polite. They go out of their way to accommodate you. One of our favorite hotels and the only place we will stay in San Gimminiano. Excellent customer service
We chose this hotel as a convenient base to see Siena. It was very quiet and comfortable and the staff and breakfast were very good. We would stay again if we need lodging in the general area.
We stayed at Terre di Casole for 5 nights while discovering Tuscany by car. It is more modern than other places that we stayed and it had a restaurant in the same building. We were met with a complementary glass of Italian bubbly and pleasant staff. A very good breakfast and WIFI were included in ...
Town close to wineries. Villa set amoungst olive trees and grapevines. Beautiful view. Had a nice dinner at the hotel making for a relaxing evening. Would not recommend traveling to / from in the dark. Narrow roads and a bit hard to find :)
My wife and I recently stayed at La Mormoraia, near to the historic Tuscan village of San Gimignano. The property is part of the Agrotourismo initiative for the area. The facilities are very well kept with a friendly and helpful staff. This is a recently constructed property on the site of a former ...
Stayed here for 5 days, our room had lovely views and the views from the breakfast terrace were stunning. Breakfast was continental buffet style which was fine. We had dinner there on the first night @ 25 euros each for a 4 course meal sounded promising but disappointed, we we given a lukewarm bowl ...
