The pictures don't quite do Le Cedar Lodge justice. We were pleasantly surprised at how lovely our accommodations were, and how remote the lodge felt. For anyone who is looking to spend time bird-watching, hiking, or doing really anything outdoors- this spot is perfect (a five minute walk from a gorgeous regional park). For this price, in particular, this stay is really as good as it gets!

I understand that they are in the process of building a new facility, however the one that’s present is far from satisfactory. The grounds are a construction site, the room, very small, no tv or phone...with walls paper thin. We could hear every whisper and every step of anyone nearby. The staff however were very accommodating and friendly.

We loved the open spaces, view, wild turkeys and the peacefulness. The room was clean, lots of towels, small fridge, great duvet. Nice lounge for sitting in,TV, cold water and coffee available. One section opened recently so the rest is still closed. A box breakfast is served every morning which is fine for a couple of days but not more. There is a lake and beach which we did not use as it was too difficult for my husband to come back. No restaurant at this time but 10 minute drive to multiple places to eat.
