The room I was in had bugs, they moved me to a different room where the floor in the bathroom was so dirty and sticky that I had to mop it with a wash cloth. The refrigerator didn’t work. It was turned on but warm inside. Missing TV remote. The replacement remote only 2 buttons were working. The small milk containers at breakfast were spoiled. Most likely will not return to this location. TB

The entire building inside and room smelled of cigarettes, which is interesting because there are signs saying it's a smoke free building. Breakfast was blah, nothing special. The experience could have been much better considering the price. Won't stay again.

Do not stay at this hotel! Rooms and hallways are filthy. Terrible service at the front desk. We believe to have witnessed drug activity in the parking lot. We did not stay the night. Left within 20 minutes of arrival.

This property has a very strong mold smell. Room did not smell clean light fixtures had mold and looked dirty. I would not stay here again.

The staff is horrible.. not all of them but the cleaning crew and the ops manager for sure. Kept my deposit because per the lazy ops manager if you smoke outside and come inside the room the smoke smell will affect your deposit. Nowhere in the policy it states that I can not smoke outside in the SMOKING AREA. Nowhere does it states I can not throw away tobacco in a trash can. It states NO SMOKING IN ROOMS. Now because of this simple matter I will be taking them to civil court. So glad I got proof or everything.

The property is pretty and the receptionist was very nice. But I couldn’t sleep well because I found 3 roaches walking on the night table. We were too tired to leave but I kept waking up thinking about the roaches.

The free breakfast could use more options. When we booked in the staff applied $100 CAD to my credit card which converted to $137.03 the next day I received my credit of only $129.53 USD. Which means I lost and additional $7.50 on a $100 in one day …. Not ok.

Reasonable clean, obviously an older facility as there was some wear and poorly done repainting, single small elevator. The breakfast choices more limited than most Sleep Inn or other hotels we stay at when traveling. Rates were comparable to those others. Touch below average rating, for a touch above price.

Noisy mechanical vibration in the walls maybe caused by heavy equipment on roof? Paint is peeling and food was on floor. Vents covered with dust and grime. Beds too soft and TV was cracked. AC unit blew air like a 747 jet. Bathroom had a bad odor. Grease on bathroom door. None of the mirrors were clean. Nobody available at front desk. All vending machines out of service.

The rooms were good size but very unclean. The beds were made but the carpets were really dirty with left over debris, food crumbs, and a paper cub behind the nightstand. We saw a cockroach in the bathroom too. The room smelled as if there is a lot of humidity. The facilities need more up keeping. The hotel has potential to be better but needs better maintenance

The condition of the property is not great. There is no fan in the bathroom, so the light fixture is rusted. There is also mildew on the walls in the room. The TV was recently replaced, but there was still drywall dust on the dresser and the floor from the installation. The good thing I can say is that the sheets and towels were clean. At 3:00 the room next door became very loud for an hour. They were talking loudly, laughing, slamming doors. It woke us all up and I tempted to just check out early. After 15 minutes, I asked them to quiet down and they did not. Their behavior is not the hotel's fault, but the paper-thin walls are. And if there had been a bathroom fan, at least we could've turned that on to muffle the noise. Though I have had good experiences with other Sleep Inns, I do not recommend this one and will be reluctant to stay at another.

I would not recommend this property. I try not to be too picky in general but the room didn’t smell great when we walked in and the condition of the room was not great. There was no toliet paper or tissues in the bathroom and I saw a tiny roach (I think) crawling around in the bathroom. Also no extra blankets (even at the front desk) so we had to use sheets as blankets for our kids who used the pullout bed. If you have nowhere else to go it’s fine but I would not choose this place again.

I don't know why it's two stars It's decent
I stay here probably 20 nights a year I don't have any problem. The room is always neat and clean. The front desk is always friendly. They always have a decent breakfast with cereal toast eggs and sausage etc waffle maker. In the summer we've used their pool several times.

There were numerous roaches in the room and bathroom. We were given another room down the hall and we noticed roaches on the wall and bathroom in that room as well. We decided to leave the hotel. We were informed that we could not be refunded for the night because it was after 11pm even though the issue with the roaches began before that time.
