pleasurable short stayPosted Jun 16, 2017
Pros: Abundance of red hot water and clean linen
Cons: rooms upgraded
Location: location was fine big shopping mall behind hotel but no good restaurants about ended up eating at the Italians mostly
Stayed in the Expo for 1week, mostly it was fine but think it could really do with an upgrade. Main issue was no sun parasols up on the roof pool so you had to bake in the hot sun very uncomfortable with out the choice of shade. Rooms, were kept clean with fresh towels every day and bed linen changed often but curtains were a bit old as was the horrible velvet chair we had. Good choice of bath and shower but shower curtains out of date now, abundance of red hot water which was excellent, all in all it was fine but wouldn't want to stay longer prefer a hotel a bit more modern.

Pros: The situation lovely shopping mall and food supermarket next door also excellent choice of eating places all with in a few minutes walk
Cons: There were lots of youngsters staying at hotel and we're very noisey so it would have been appreciated if management had, had a word with their chaper

Great Hotel in good locationPosted May 28, 2017
7 day break at the Expo allowed us to visit all City sights on foot. Nice hotel with good staff and facilities.Hotel is situated just off the Beautiful old river bed walking, cycling and running park area that runs through the beautiful city to the sea. Breakfast was buffet style with ample choice for all. All in all excellent choice at at good price.

Good PositionPosted May 24, 2017
Pros: Position near the centre and metro station
Cons: Walls very thin. We could hear noise next door.
Location: Shopping at the large department store, Corte Ingles. Fast food outlets nearby.
Approximately 20 minute walk to the centre of Valencia. Next door to the metro station which is easy to use and . Plenty of food outlets and department stores.

Expensive but OKPosted May 23, 2017
Just stayed at this Hotel and found it okay. Felt like it needs a new colour scheme as the rooms were a bit drab and lacking in colour but okay. I had to pay for breakfast on top of paying extra for a comfort double only to find that the standard double was just the same. The location was about a fifteen to twenty minutes walk to the old town, taxis were preferable. On the plus side the pool and bar areas were great providing nice food and fantastic views.

First ever trip abroad with a very nervous travelePosted May 9, 2017
The expo had everything we needed after a 10 year absence from trips abroad. Clean friendly and welcoming. The receptionist went out her way to check us in early after a 6 am flight from Glasgow. Room clean comfortable and although slightly dated was everything we needed for a city break. Pool bar and piano bar were excellent staff again welcoming and patient with our lack of Spanish. Will be back

NO AIR CONDITIONINGPosted Mar 19, 2017
It was March, but there were warm days. The room was stifling hot. The hotel's answer was to tell us to turn off the heat. The traffic noise made it impossible to keep the window open at night for cool air. If you are on a budget, it isn't horrible.
Good location despite distance from city centrePosted Mar 18, 2017 on Hotels
Good size and comfortable room at price for 3*. Layout more like a plain 4* room. Traffic noise higher than expected as if the window were open!!. A bit far from City centre but Metro very close and efficient/cheap; also hotel on top of large shopping centre with restaurants etc. Would stay again.
