Great location, staff were really friendly and helpful. It was clean and had a great bar. The only reason it wasn't the top score was there was a sewage smell in the corridor outside of our room. The room was fine though. PS the MRs says they need some shelves in the bathroom for ladies stuff they travel with.

From the moment we checked in to the time we left all the staff were so friendly and helpful. They all spoke English and were very knowledgeable about the area. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to enjoy the sights in Valencia.

The hotel is located right beside the Museum of Ceramics (which is beautiful) in Valencia. It was a bit difficult for the taxi drivers to find the hotel but the hotel, location and staff are excellent. The hotel layout to get to the room is a bit quirky but our room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful and we had everything we needed to explore Valencia. We were offered 2 drink vouchers to try the Agua de Valencia at the bar (within the hotel). I would highly recommend booking this hotel, especially for those that want to walk around the city as it is very close to all the major tourist sites we wanted to see in the "Old City". The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful, they made excellent recommendations for restaurants, bakery, cafes and tourist sites that were around.

One of our best, if not the best, hotel during our 2-month travels through Europe in 2022. The staff at Marques House, in particular Pako and Irene, went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay in Valencia. They gave us a warm welcome and responded quickly and efficiently to any needs and concerns we had during our 7-night stay, always friendly and courteous. They helped make our time in this beautiful city memorable. We will definitely be back at this hotel next time we visit Valencia. The hotel has beautiful architecture, design and décor with amazing attention to detail; the best possible location in the historic part of the city. You feel safe walking to and from the hotel at any time, day or night. The hotel's infrastructure is modern and worked very well, from the A/C during a very hot summer, great water pressure and Wifi. Last but not least, famous Café Madrid is on-site at this hotel.
