Nice location

When checking out, my two credit cards were rejected, obviously for the hotel's communications problem. I could use the cards elsewhere all right. And the clerk didn't know JCB cards, which are accepted even in some taxis there.

Great location and excellent staff!

Pros: The room was large and comfy with everything we needed and more.
Cons: It was a little noisy at times but there isn't much the hotel can do about that - the noise was mainly other guests.
Location: Great location near to the ceramic museum and within walking distance of all the major sites.
We stayed here for 4 nights in October, the location is excellent with all major sights within reach. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly from day one giving us a map of the city to our last day when they ordered our cab and looked after our bags while we did some last minuet sight seeing. The room was really comfy and clean and had all the things that we needed and more - the mini muffins were also a nice little treat. Overall an excellent stay and great value,

Nice little boutique hotel

This is a great little hotel - close to the Cathedral but tucked away in a quiet area. Staff excellent and made to feel really welcome. Room starting to show little signs of aging but perfectly acceptable. Couldn't really fault it in any way.

Small trendy hotel, 3 star but worthy of 4,excellent breakfast selection, really comfy bed. Close to all major sights...2 mins from placa reina, cathedral, central market

Perfect location right in the heart of the city!

Staying in Valencia for just 4 days being in the midst of the city was important. Great location, clean and friendly but professional staff. Highly recommend. Room a little cramped for three but very comfortable beds and wonderful shower.

Comfortable stay with many amenities

Pros: location, friendly staff, comfortable beds and room for luggage, cute petit complementary cupcakes, welcoming lobby allowing guests to relax
Cons: airport shuttle service
Location: in the middle of Valencia - easy to get to all attractions
We arrived VERY late (3 am) and the gentleman at the front desk was welcoming and accommodating. We were challenged traveling through Spain with a family of 3 adults and a 17 year old child and 7 large suitcases. The room met our needs very will with lots of space to store our luggage. The location is excellent - in the heart of Valencia!

Honest review

Bathroom was small and outdated. Water from shower leaks onto floor near toilet and sink due to lack of physical shower door or proper barrier. All we had was a wrap around shower curtain. We had to call to request an ironing board and iron. The board was old and thehing did not hold the board up without rigging it due to it constantly falling off the track. The TV was smaller than expected and the remote was old and gummy with grime. Both need to be replaced. There was no free breakfast and the internet was terrible due to it constantly disconnecting. The best part of the hotel was the prime location near restaurants and shopping, helpful staff and decent price for the stay.
