Comfortable and clean room. Nice personnel. We got there before the check inn and the room was already available. The person at the reception gave us suggestions of places to eat, print some documents for us and also called a taxi.

The staff are not helpful. I had a surgery and I ask if some one from the front desk or house keeping can bring ice to my room they refused and said no service to bring anything upstairs. I had to go downstairs being dressy and sick the same day of surgery to get ice from downstairs. It was my second time staying at this hotel neither of my stay was good. Spend a little more and chose a better one than this hotel .
