Pros: rooms are good size, and practical. The hotel is a bit dated but the hotel in general is good. The breakfast is really good and full of options. The staff in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. No complaints with the service. Walk to the city center is about 15 mins but taxi option is right next to the hotel by the bus station (next door). Cons: The Air conditioner does not work in non summer months but in cases where the spring has warmer days the room gets hot and not comfortable if it’s muggy outside. You have to sleep with the balcony door open to get fresh air. This is the only negative from our experience. I’m sure in the hotter days you can turn it but you will be hot in certain days until they do turn it on. Overall I would stay here again if the price is better than other locations more centrally located.

Room wanted was not available when we booked.Wanted superior room with tea/coffee maker. Asked if any kettle said no but went to bar to get hot water each evening. This hotel has a very good restaurant which served us breakfast and dinner.Best buffet in my experience of hotels in Europe.The variety for breakfast almost rivals that in 4/5 stars hotel in Bangkok. Why no 5 stars ? It was very warm in room. The air con was centrally controlled. I had to open the balcony door which we can see the main road so can hear the traffic. The website says rooms are soundproof which was not enough.We can hear next room chatting.You can hear every room door bang shut.We still enjoyed our stay here.It next to coach station and very close to metro and of course shopping centre called Neuvo Centre plus El Cortez Ingles too with their supermarket in the basement floor.

The staff were great. I arrived early and they managed to get me into my room early as well. My room faced a busy street and when I enquired about changing rooms, they moved me to a room away from the busy street. The hotel room came with breakfast and dinner. Both were buffet style and with excellent choices for every dietary type. The food was really good. I had booked a tour that included des dinner one night, and they accommodated that by allowing me to have free lunch instead. The Internet was spotty at times, cutting in and out. Also for a 4 star hotel, the room lacked some basic amenities like a mini fridge and the bathroom had no body lotion which I have gotten at almost all other 4 star hotels. The soap dispenser in the shower gave little soap, necessitating me to take off dispenser cap to shower. Location is great as it is right across from a beautiful park. The old Town is about a 20 minute easy walk (all flat). I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go

This hotel is nice one for handy place of transportation, shopping and walking. Hotel is quiet and have fantastic breakfast and meal. Staff are kind and helpful. The room we stayed need more detail clean in washroom because blood spots on wall were not cleaned and sink marble surface are not cleanly wiped. Overall we like this hotel so we still give 5 stars comments.

Perfect hotel for a quick stay
I stayed here for a weekend. The hotel is located in a great part of the city, walking distance to the old town and museums. The breakfast is amazing, a lot of choice and got vegan options. The hotel overlooks the lovely turia Park and next door to a shopping mall and the bus station.

Hotel muy bueno, pero requiere actualizaciones, p. ej. más contactos eléctricos, de preferencia algunos parar USB en particular sobre el escritorio. También televisores más modernos, smart tvs con pantallas más grandes y conexiones html.

Very happy
Hotel was great, good location easy walk into old town and close to shopping. Reception staff were very accommodating and parking was easy. Breakfast was the best.

The hotel was clean but pretty dated to be rated as a 4 star, especially the bathroom!! Poor water pressure and toilet flush and dated bath tub. Plus no FRIDGE in the room!! I could not believe that!! Why on earth would they remove fridges from each of the rooms??? Our room was freezing and I asked if the heating system would be turned on but was told not yet. The breakfast was okay and plentiful and some of the staff were nice. Although one of the ladies covering breakfast asked me for my room number while at breakfast and I had already told her colleague who seated us already! Felt a bit of social profiling going on there tbh, as others were coming and going without issue?? Not worth paying too much for your stay here but okay if you get a cheap deal.

2 nights visit to Valencia
Amazing place to stay on the outskirts of the old city. 15 to 20mins walk from all main attractions. I would strongly recommand this hotel espacially if you are arriving in Valencia with a car, huge and easily access indoor parking.

The property is very good, taxi next to the hotel all the time, good breakfast, very good service, just a couple of things that did not satisfy me: the water pressure and the hot water at night, I don't know what happens, but water comes out some sometimes hot and sometimes cold, and basically you have to stick to the wall to bathe, and some very strange people in front of the hotel who take care of the cars that are parked, but they are not parkers, but I return to the hotel highly recommended
