The location is excellent, only 10 minute walk to the metro or train station. Great access to catch a bus or walk to see the sights, shop or eat
Found the automatic check-in ok but very impersonal
It’s not a hotel but a serviced room. The actual room at first glance seemed very austere but was very clean, comfortable bed, luxury bedding & towels. Free to use safe. The hairdryer was good, would have been more convenient if located at the dressing table/desk with a mirror.
Plenty of plug sockets & usb points next to the bed.
There’s a coffee machine & you get 1 coffee pod & milk person per day (asked for extra). Advertised daily pastries are actually a small packet of biscoff biscuits (the ones you get in a cafe with a drink)
TV - only Spanish stations available, so no good for non Spanish speaking guests.
Wi-fi - had to ask for the code but was very good once connected
I would use again because I know they are spotlessly clean & comfortable, but I did think it was probably slightly overpriced for what you get.
