Our room was spacious with a large comfortable bed. Ceiling mural was lovely. All toiletries provided. Cleanliness was maintained daily. All reception staff were polite, friendly and very helful. The outlook of the hotel wasn't great but the location was perfect for access to the old town and was a short walk from the metro.

The best hotel in Valencia!!! Our apartment is spacious and clean, the location is central, right next to the central market. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, we have enjoyed every single moment in Valencia!!!

Three Night Leisure break
The hotel feels clean and comfortable, and ideally situated a short walk from most major tourist sites, It was a two minute stroll from the central market . We didn’t include breakfast based on previous reviews, I think it was okay, but nothing hot. Plenty of local Cafes and bakers around.

Very disappointing hotel for the price. Location is fantastic, but the beds are really unsupportive and thus uncomfortable and our bed for two people was two singles pushed together, which kept rolling away from each other. The shower is huge but the draining is poor so you end up showering in an inch of water , which is not pleasant. The pool is very small and the receptionist insisted we had to book and could only book for an hour even though at noon on a Monday, it was absolutely dead. The other One Shot hotel was much much better.

Comfortable bed and clean room. Modern bathroom area. Small pool area was good and wasn't busy when we visited. Really friendly helpful staff gave us lots of ideas where to visit.

Lovely hotel
A modern, clean well located hotel in the historic area of Valencia. Hotel staff were very helpful. Small pool area on roof which you have to book to use. No coffee/tea making facilities which we missed. Air con great. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
