Brilliant service from staff and amazing location, the view from our room to the ceramic museum was amazing. But, the room felt basic and lacked facilities we’d expect from a boutique hotel such as chairs to sit at or coffee machine. The decor felt sparse and basic and didn’t match the rest of the hotel which was beautiful.

Pleasant stay at the heart of the old town. Let me first say this, I am a picky traveler .... and this hotel kindly accomnodate all of my needs. Room was spacious and sparkling clean. You can easily catch a bus right in front of the hotel. Couple thinks to keep in mind - one side of this hotel looks at a busy street, so stay away from those rooms if you are sensitive to street sound. Ask for a room that looks to the other side. 3th floor met my needs in that sense. There will be no view but you will have a good sleep. Also, sound proof is not that superb .... you van easily hear your neighbours...

Nice hotel very central to everything. Off location parking was not far at all. Rooms were small but nice and clean. Only comment is the walls were a bit thin so you could hear the people above.

Really great, but, really great!
Great hotel in an excellent location that I’d definitely stay at again. Location is key and whilst being central, it wasn’t noisy and very well priced. My only gripe would be miserable bar staff serving customers outside, if you could get them to serve you at all but it won’t deter my return.
