The area was wonderful. But, please do not post pictures on the internet that do not belong or is absolutely nothing like what you’re actually getting. Cabin was incredible old, old furniture, bed, not recommended at all

During our stay, we found that the hotel room did not meet basic standards of comfort and habitability. The room had inadequate heating, and the bathroom had no heating at all. Furthermore, there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom, making it impossible to use a portable heater as an alternative. In addition, the air conditioning unit in the bedroom produced excessive noise throughout the night, making it extremely difficult to sleep. As a result, we were unable to get adequate rest during the only night we stayed at the property. We also noticed visible black mold on the blackout curtains, which raised further concerns about the condition of the room. Given these circumstances, we decided to leave the hotel and move to another property to ensure acceptable accommodation conditions. Unfortunately, because the reservation had been prepaid, the hotel refused to refund the unused nights.

The hotel was satisfactory overall. It had a pool, various amenities, a pool table, and other activities that helped keep my children and me occupied during the cloudy and windy days. Breakfast was delivered promptly after we ordered, and, as advertised, our apartment had a direct view of the ocean. However, I must strongly point out that this hotel is not wheelchair-accessible, which caused us significant difficulties. When I purchased the package—which was non-refundable—it stated that we should contact the property directly to arrange wheelchair-accessible accommodations. I contacted the hotel, but when we arrived a couple of hours early due to our travel schedule, we were not even allowed to leave our luggage. When I raised the issue of wheelchair accessibility, we were informed that no accessible rooms were available. Having to resolve such an important matter directly with the hotel after purchasing the package was a serious problem. The timing worked against us, and we ultimately had to accept a room that required using stairs. Because the booking had been made through Expedia, I was unable to obtain a refund. As a result, I had to help my 14-year-old child, who uses a wheelchair, navigate the stairs. Unfortunately, despite some positive aspects of the hotel, its lack of reliable wheelchair accessibility made our stay extremely difficult. For this reason, I would not return to this hotel and would not recommend it to travelers who require accessible accommodations.

Great location. Beach service.

Breakfast was average. Pool was good.
