Dear Mr Travis, thank you for your comment.Unfortunately, not all of our employees speaks english, after 40 years in the hotel, it is hard for them to communicate in the language.Regading your room, you booked the economy room, our description, clearly shows, 1 double bed, the square meters and the picture of the room and bathroom. We have other categories matching the other pictures, which are Confort and Premium. We invite you to try our superior rooms for a better confort.Our mattresses are new, perhaps the type of mattress didn't suit the mattress you are used to. This is hard to know, dependind on what you like, we are sorry to hear that you couldn't sleep well. We always try to offer our guest a great stay and a nice sleep. The bed type is upon availability, but you could have told us that you wanted a bathtub instead of a shower, because we have both types and we could have changed it. The AC stays all night if you want to, it depends on the temperature that you settle on the thermostat, one they reach those degrees it maintains it. You had a confort room, the confort room is an exterior room and that is the room you were assigned to. Not all the rooms are the same, the size might vary dependening on the floor and the view.
