Absolutely fantastic place to stay for either quick or long trips to Valladolid. The WiFi is spotty at best - but downstairs in the cafe it works great.

Good hotel near town with parking
Good hotel in a convenient location, with a 10 min walk into town through a beautiful park. Spacious rooms and bathroom, well cleaned as are the common areas. Lovely cafe/bar with two great beers on tap, excellent service and a tasty burger. Decent breakfast and breakfast area. Underground parking accessed via car lift which was fun, but had vehicle limits.

This is a very nice property, well situated for public transportation (5 minutes to train station, right at bus station). It has a very good restaurant, reasonable for the quality (important as the nearest restaurants are about 10 minutes away, along the Campo Grande). My score reflects one shortcoming -- which may not affect you, but which management should correct -- wifi was consistently weak. The hotel had large tour grounds and in the evening, I had poor or no reception. If you have phone service, not a problem. But, apparently lots of us didn't!

Check-in and the room were fine. Location was close to a few restaurants and the park. My mother and aunt did not like the manager's attitude though. Everything else was okay.

Excellent hotel in a central location for walking to the town centrr. Adjacent to the railway station. Rooms are very spacious and excellent bathroom. Top class breakfast with a eude range of gluten free options.

The location - literally around the corner from the bus station, and a very short walk to the train station is perfect for a traveler using that type of transportation. Check-in was quick and simple, the room and bathroom are very spacious.

We stayed one night here to break up a long journey, and it was a good choice. Close to the train station, a short walk to the town centre, and a good breakfast available. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable room.

Great location.
They have a funky parking system where you drive into an elevator and they bring you down to parking. Kind of cool. The front desk staff are very friendly. Anything you ask them for they say “no problem”; couldn’t be more helpful. The breakfast buffet was definitely worth it. The location is perfect; very close to all of the down town sites.

I was there for one night and had a train to catch in the morning. The hotel is close to the station. When I checked out the lady at reception told me even though I had a prepaid booking that they didn't use it and for me to give my credit card. I did since I had no time to dispute with her. She kept the machine on her side of the desk so I couldn't choose to pay in Euros. I don't know if something shady was taking place there. This has never happened at any of the many Hotels.com bookings I've had. I have to check and see if I was charged twice for that room

hotel delight
we arrived at 08.30 hoping to drop our bags off but on arrival we were given our room this was a pleasant surprise, the lady on reception was very friendly and helpful as were all staff members that we met, we had three nights here and had a very relaxing time we would recommend this hotel.

Convenient, affordable comfort in Valladolid
2 stays in October 2014. Extremely convenient location (very close to railway station, taxi station in the back!). Large rooms with easy access. Staff rather low profile but very courteous and efficient. We would use them again without hesitation.

Good standard hotel.
The hotel is very well located being close to the station and local places to eat and drink. Immaculate staff and cleanliness, the hotel exerts a professional image. We had to check out a day early due to issues with the train and had to pay the full amount yet this is practise in most hotels.

This was a just one night stay from Alicante on my way to Oviedo. It was a wonderful hotel and close to the rail station and it had a restaurant that was open late and a good breakfast in the morning.

This is a really good and clean hotel. It is somewhat old and not a luxury hotel, but the service was excellent and the room was comfortable and quiet. I recommend this hotel.

La habitación espaciosa y las camas muy cómodas, hotel de 3* con detalles de 4* como el minibar y el servicio de habitaciones, está muy muy bien. A 10 minutos andando de la estación de tren y junto a la de autobuses, y a 15 minutos del centro y muy cerca de un precioso parque. El único inconveniente es que está junto a una avenida por la que no dejan de pasar coches de día y de noche, incluso con las buenas ventanas que tiene, se escucha un poco.

He echo una escapada a Valladolid porque siempre que habia venido por ver al Real oviedo jugando alli, siempre me habían tratado genial. Pues no me arrepiento si no que me sabe mal no poder haberme quedado mas tiempo. Hotel limpio, cama amplia y comoda, aseo impecable, minibar con bebida fresca que se agredece con el buen tiempo que hizo al igual que el aire acondicionado. Destacar el gesto que tuvieron en recepción al llegar a las 12 y dejarme acceder a la habitación, no recuerdo su nombre pero si me lees, muchas gracias. Todo el personal del hotel ha sido muy amable. Desayuno de buffet muy rico y variado. Por ultimo destacar que ayer de noche entre a última hora a cenar al restaurante que pertenece al hotel y aun asi me atendieron amablemente dandome de cenar. Bien situado ya que si atraviesas un parque justo al lado sales al centro de la ciudad. Gracias a todo el equipó del hotel. En mi proxima visita a Valladolid este sera sin duda mi hotel de confianza

La recepción fue a desgano, y con displicencia. La experiencia de utilizar el parking del hotel no es recomendable. Ascensor súper pequeño, es asfixiante y claustrofobico. El desayunado en bajo nivel con un ingreso pequeño. Lo único es que esta a 12 minutos andando del centro ciudad.

Erg prettig hotel met heel vriendelijk personeel. Heb er heerlijk geslapen en gegeten. De omgeving is wel wat druk maar daar had ik persoonlijk geen last van. En ik had nog nooit met mijn auto in een lift gestaan om naar de garage te komen, wat ik wel erg grappig vond..!!
