Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr stilvoll, hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail – man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf Atmosphäre gelegt wird. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Marzia und Francesca: beide sind außergewöhnlich herzlich, liebevoll und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich nicht wie ein Gast, sondern wirklich willkommen. “Whilst you could say the room was clean, it was in poor state of repair with flaking paint and shabby. The bathroom was in a very poor state with a large area of black mold above the window and around the bath. The bath edges were rusty as was around the bath drain. The sink unit was extremely shabby with swollen surfaces where water had soaked the MDF timber. The bathroom smelt badly and, on the whole, was unacceptable. On a positive note, Domingo, on reception, was extremely pleasant and……

“Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den grundlegenden Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es Probleme mit Insekten im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer. Auch nach einer angekündigten „Double Cleaning“-Reinigung blieb ein totes Insekt sichtbar an der Decke, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass die Reinigung nicht gründlich durchgeführt wurde. Zusätzlich kam es zu einem Wasseraustritt im Schlafzimmer, wodurch der Fliesenboden nass und rutschig war. Dies stellte……
