It is a nice rustic place, but it was cold at night and all we had to heat the place was a small space heater. If it was warmer, I would rate it higher.

Let me start with saying the YOUNG staff at front desk were exceptional! The resturant & bar staff and food were great! Now the reason for my very low rating of the Annex across the street (west) of Inn. If at all possible Do Not stay in the Annex! I cannot rate the main lodge rooms. My wife & I spent 6 nights, so we had enough time to evaluate the lodging here very well. Plus i had fellow hikers stay near our room in the Annex ....dont even want to tell you the "hell" they went thru with the " Head Mgt at the front desk! We will NEVER stay here again!!!

One bed was broken, other bed was badly worn down. No exterior lights in parking lot for building C. No key required to enter building C. No TV remote. No one working when I checked out at 7am. Room size was good.

Our stay at the Grand Canyon Inn was nice. While not the most glamorous inn, very pleasant, clean and convenient. The staff was also very friendly.

No microwave. When asked staff to heat a cup of water, they refused. Nearby food areas charge exorbitant prices for substandard food. Need more lighting in lodge room – too dark. Rooms are too expensive for what you get.

Comfortable bed and big, clean room. Restaurant good but didnt always open when sign said it would. Cable didnt work so only channel was about the hotel and area. Asked for plunger, and they brought one; never had a hotel not do it for you before. Conveniently located between Grand Canyoin and Williams, AZ.

The TV did not work the entire time we were there. It had Direct TV bounce back and forth on the screen. The place is pretty old. The good were that the shower, toilet, and sink all worked.

If you are looking for the Four Seasons this is not it. What it is is a place that is affordable for families and an in between to Tusayan & Williams. Limited dining in off season of winter was a setback, could offer a few more items. Location is good for me while building in the area.

Toilet seat broken, none of the TV channels work, hot and cold water is switched in the shower, one of the floor lamp power button did not work. Hot water and the bed and descent price for one night sleep over before hitting the grand canyon tour the next day.

The room was away from the main hotel. At night you are on your own. We found a giant barrel full of some liquid inside our room and since there is no staff available after 9 PM, we just rolled it out. The shower did not have the head - just an opening. They do have hot water.

There was no water at all at the sink and the hot water on the tub wouldn't shut off all the way. Our key card quit working right away. Keep your expectations low.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room is tiny, the lighting is very dim, the air conditioning is broken, and there was a sudden power outage in the room. I had to change rooms, but the hot water supply was inadequate, and it kept unexpectedly turning cold. The environment feels dirty, and the pricing is highly deceptive. It costs $146, but it is nowhere near as good as other hotels at the same price point. Moreover, the price is twice as much as what was advertised on the day of check-in!

The property is very clean and safe. Some elements are aging - the floor was making sounds all over the room if one walks in any single location One tile was loose. The staff was great, however and the service was friendly and helpful.
