Cons: Beds
Hotline the middle of nowhere. Only room available the week I visited the Grand Canyon.

Overpriced but friendly staff

Posted Jun 25, 2017
This hotel was confusing to find. The online address said Valle, when I called the person said they were in Williams. I called back later because we couldn't find it and she said they were in Valle. Confusing. For the cost you would expect a few more or better amenities. Such as a microwave, better tv selections and the wifi was terrible. The breakfast was good and at a reasonable price and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Visit to the Grand Canyon

Posted Jun 23, 2017
This hotel is clean and comfortable. Room was spacious with charming, rustic furniture. Everything worked in the room. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. It is a thirty minute or so drive from the canyon.

Paying for location only

Posted Jun 6, 2017
Pros: how close it was to Grand Canyon and that it had vacancies when most other things didn't
Cons: staff should be friendly, rooms could be cleaner, rooms need updated, beds need updating
Location: only about 1/2 hour from South entrance to Grand Canyon
This was the most expensive hotel on our entire 2 week trip from Indiana to Colorado to Grand Canyon and back again. The only positive was its proximity to Grand Canyon. Beds were hard. Rooms desperately need updating, no breakfast. Staff was not helpful and seemed to not really care about anything. The restaurant was pretty decent and their staff was very friendly.

Will never book again

Posted Jun 1, 2017
Booked in the Motel, not the hotel. Double bed very small and probably old, not flat. Bathroom very used. 3 tissues in the box. Bad TV reception. Wifi very slow. Staff with mourning faces. High price for this experience.

The room was comfortable and worked well for us. We liked having the mini fridge in the room.

Big room

Posted May 26, 2017
Spacious room. However they don't have a hot electric water kettle, a very essential device in a hotel room. You can't drink hot tea in the middle of the night, can't even ask for hot water since front desk doesn't operate 24/7.
