NeglectedPosted May 15, 2017
Cons: A lot.
They know you need a place so they do not keep it up. Very dated. Internet was nonexistent. Bare lights in the bath room.

OK if all you are going to do is sleep.Posted May 3, 2017
Pros: Closer to the canyon that Williams Cost compared to hotels in Tusayan.
Cons: Cable, beds.
Location: NOthing in Valle. Have to drive at least 30 minutes to Tusayan or Williams.
Cable only has 7 channels at best and we had to call office because cable going in and out. Only news network is CNN and a local channel. Bedside light didn't work. Not enough outlets. Beds are hard. Only 30 minutes to the Grand Canyon but nothing to do in Valle. Only a tourist convenient store. I would advise either staying in Tusayan or Williams if you can take the hour drive back and forth. Williams is very charming and has plenty of restaurants and touristy things.

Hidden gem right on your way to Grand CanyonPosted Apr 26, 2017
Pros: Price, location, easy booking and proximity of general store, gas stations.
Location: There's Flintstones Bedrock City across the hotel. We did not visit it but if you have kids, you might like it.
If you don't want to spend a lot and stay closer than Flagstaff or Williams on the south side, seriously consider this one. It has a nice restaurant too, just in case you don't want to drive 30 miles to Williams.

Convenient HotelPosted Apr 25, 2017
Pros: Reception and bar area are friendly
Cons: Room requires a few more amenities, maybe a mini fridge.
Location: Although this is a tourist little village, there is not much else to do. Better to plan your day at the Grand Canyon.
On route to the South Rim. It meets all your needs, but there is nothing much else around in this small town. Dinner in the restuarant is pretty good. The tourist shop close by is fully stocked and recommended.
