The hotel is not in good condition. There is highway noise from Route 80 below. The shower is controlled by a hidden mechanism in the faucet. And breakfast was a non-event. There are nearby hotels charging less that are better.

Adequate and clean

Hotel staff were friendly and service was quick. Room was clean and quiet. Could be updated a bit but everything worked fine. Breakfast was pretty basic but adequate for a well rounded meal. No hot food was served. We would stay here again.

If you need a bed

The front reception staff person was pleasant, but didn't really help figuring out where the room would vbee located. I was little shocked that the security deposit was $150 that's excessive. The deposit at the Hyatt or Marriott isn't even that much! The bed was comfortable & clean. Close to grocery store and shopping center.

Not clean and maintained

Hallways, ourside area was very bad. Lift was terrible. Don't go on room photos. Breakfast was average. Don't think they spend any money on cleaning it.

Clean room and not bad for value

Stayed in 2 beds. I was skeptical at first because the building looks old and rusty going to our room on the 4th floor. Old elevator and smelled funny but as we walked in the room it was clean and was oderless. The carpet needs to go though. Not bad for the value for 1 night. Good breakfast, coffee, OJ, apple juice, oatmeal, yogurt, danishes, mini muffins, bagels, cereal, apples and oranges but go early because they do run out and the kitchen area is small to sit for breakfast.

Nice comfortable cheap hotel

Could use friendlier staff but the rooms were nice. Comfortable beds, nice TV's and it was great having a mini fridge and microwave in the room

Would not honor our reservation

Claimed we had smoked in the room during a previous stay. Not true. They took 30 days to return our deposit. On the plus side, one call to Expedia and our money was refunded.

Good Basic Room

We had to go to San Francisco and we needed a room on our way there from Reno. The 11:00 pm check-in was easy. Our room was very basic with two comfortable queen beds; I slept very well. The free breakfast, which started at 6:00 am, was also very basic. There was toast, bagles, muffins, coffee, cocoa, instant oatmeal, sweet bread, yogurt, juice. No waffle maker or pancake machine. When I went back to our room to take a shower at 7:00 am, the water was hot. I will probably stay at this motel the next time that I need an early arrival in San Francisco.

Not happy

We were staying there for a few days and my boyfriend son and his brother wanted to say hi. We just came back from Utah so of course when family and friends found out we were in town they wanted to say hello. We had a few people visit us but they didn't stay the night. I was at work when I got a call from my boyfriend that we were getting kicked out and will not be able to stay with them again ever.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Bad all around, mold in room. Very rude people in office. They take a $150 deposit that is not mentioned anywhere. Hotel is not appealing at all. Don’t waste your time or money.
