Close to Six flags

But, not clean and very rundown. Our door key didn't work and electrical was sketchy

Dirty. People smoking marijuana on walkways. Dirty floors. Lamps broken. Mattresses dirty and leaning against building. Food looked iffy at best. Rude staff. Room dirty. Graffiti in bathroom. Elevator broken.

Hotel was in a fairly dangerous location, and I was forced to pay for a hotel that I never stayed at. I never stayed here. I saw he condition and left.

Charge they didn't tell me about

Hotel told me i had to pay a deposit plus my room fee which i was okay with but then i get home a day later and check my account and they had take out that plus another room fee and it would take me 5 days to get my money back..

Last minute booking

Served it purpose, was only there for a night. The only bad part is that elevator wasn't working and my room was on the 3rd floor.

I'll stay someplace else next time

Reserved a non-smoking room. First room smelled like ashtray and cigars. Second room they gave us a key for actually had someone else's stuff in it (which didn't make me feel very safe - would they give a key to our room to some stranger?). Third room was clean and fine but we were frustrated by then. Too noisy to sleep - freeway noise, light outside had an irritating pitch that never stopped, fridge gurgled frequently and we were unlucky enough to get neighbors with noisy kids up past our bedtime.

disappointed

When we got there they wanted to take an additional $200 out of my ck account for possible unforeseen costs. And they would not be putting it back for 4-5 days if the room was good. We are a retired couple and can not afford someone to "USE" my money for 4 or 5 days. I complained and the ck in girl was really nice and called the manager. They did forgo the charge so we did not have to do it..but had I not complained they would have. I do not think this is right and did not know if you were aware they requested this...it should be on their description...It was not just getting a cc # in case of damages, it was actually charging $100 per room and then giving you back your money.
