Extremely noisy

The hotel was very very expensive. For the amount I would have thought it would have had above average cleanliness and patronage. But it had neither. 3 nights we stayed there were kept up half the night by other hotel guests. Because of the lack of sleep we didn't enjoy our days as much. Would never stay there again nor would I recommend.

This hotel is across the street from Six Flags which is convenient however that was the only good thing about it. If you get room 121 request a different room!!!! The entrance to the swimming pool is right outside the window of this room. It is extremely noisy & the worst part is that the gate where people enter the pool area slams shut every 5 seconds when someone goes in or out. This went on all day until 11pm so don't plan on getting sleep! In addition there were other problems with the room such as the toilet not flushing. They sent maintenance over who told us we need to wait 5 minutes between flushing. So for a family of 4, we need to plan at least 30 minutes of sitting in our room just so we can all use the bathroom. Then the refrigerator wouldn't work. They brought a different refrigerator that also stopped working. We were told they have a 1 hour timer on them. We asked what's the point of that, who sits in their room ready to reset the timer every hour, or wakes up during the night every hour to do this? I'm not sure if this was true or their maintenance crew just doesn't want to deal with anything. For the price this hotel charges, I expect more! I have never had this many problems at a hotel in any city at any price. They need to figure out a more quiet gate or a different location for the gate for the pool.

Nice hotel, enjoyed me stay. Staff was very friendly. Ordered some food at the lobby restaurant to take up to my room, and the staff was kind enough to offer to take it to my room when it was ready.

very friendly/helpful staff. across from six flags

Pros: the friendliness of all staff from housekeeping to the Bistro!!
Cons: More affordable pricing for the rooms.
The staff at the front desk on every day we were there were so helpful and friendly. The Bistro staff were a little overworked, but they still remained very friendly. Hotel was very clean and it was right across the street from six flags discovery kingdom.

Pros: for younger kids, 6 flags just across the street
Best time ever, sleep well, excepts dogs. love the entrance for setting around

The Right Spot for Six Flags

The accommodations were nice. The location is off the highway across from six flags so the cliental were primarily those visiting the amusement park so there was a huge influx of children. I was really looking for something less crowded so it looks like I picked the wrong dates for a boring stay. I was only there for one night so I didn't mind though.
