"I received the option to check in online before arriving, which was pointless because I still had to go to the front desk and still had to provide some of the information I'd already provided. I don't see the point of the online check in option. The hotel and room were good overall, we didn't use any of the other amenities. The blackout blind worked really well. We didn't like the barn door on the bathroom- it felt less private than a regular door."

"The room was very clean she this isn’t the cleaners issue, there was an overwhelming smell of wet dog in our room and down the hallway. It was so bad that I couldn’t sleep. I don’t know what would cause such a smell but you need to find the issue and fix it."

"Sakura was a wonderful property to stay at. The price was great and the room was comfortable with everything you would need! The feel is like a modern hotel room with your own entrance! The location was close to lots of towns and amenities. Tracy (host) was easy to contact and sent a message to ensure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again!"

"We had an absolutely great stay. My daughter and her fiancé took the bunkhouse with their two cats. We stayed in the main cottage. The peaceful atmosphere at the property is absolutely wonderful. There was a family of ducks around every day and also a family of Loons that was interesting to watch them feed their young ones. The properties also close to Wolfville and other small communities that offer some excellent entertainment. Local pub and restaurants outstanding. We also cooked meals out on the deck with the barbecue, which was very nice. I would highly recommend the property. We also use the kayaks to tour around the small lake.. the host was excellent. We’ve got no complaints."
