“When we arrived, the door code initially didn’t work, but the host responded quickly and had it reactivated within a few minutes. Shortly after, we noticed some outlets weren’t working and had to reach out again to request access the garage and reset a breaker.There were a few maintenance and comfort issues during our stay. None of the bedrooms had blackout curtains, and the curtain rods in the main living area were partially detached from the wall. In the kitchen, all cabinets and drawers……

“Manager was informed of the condition of the home and honestly just didn’t care. The floors were DISGUSTING! The bathtub and Sinks were DISGUSTING! The towels were dirty. My kids feet turned black from walking in them after her shower. The drains were all so full of old hair that the water was backing up in the tub and sink. The towels had hair all over them, I’d be surprised if they had even washed them. And it says recently remodeled? But the walls are cracked, the paint is chipped and peeling……
