"Friendly staff, clean tidy and perfect rooms. Quiet and spacious. WIFI excellent, and staff incredibly helpful. Recommendation for a restaurant just around the corner with hand made spaghetti, and a history of the Roma football club by the host was a plus. Free parking and a much lower rate for the tourist tax was again a bonus. Links to the city centre via the close subway/metro line was again another plus for us. But please be aware, the metro is awash with pickpockets, and having experienced at first hand these individuals, just be aware. "

"Location Appia Nuova they need to add pedestrian to connect Apia Antica by via Pignatelli. Excellent on-site dining— on the terrace try the pasta arrabiata. Pool and tennis I found walkable at the Appia Rome sports Center 10 Euro. Across the street excellent restaurant Laguna Blu seafood. Wonderful desk staff— Blacks show up from US with the usual no random ‘as gov’ theft and terror pretending to be random ‘black families’ on the end of the US. "Great business hotel, ideal if you are driving as the Highway is close by. Rooms are spacious and very clean with good Internet connectivity. One word of warning, this hotel in, this hotel is not ideal if you want to tour Rome. The the nearest metro is 30 minutes walk away at a brisk walk And the nearest tram is 12 minutes away. It's still took 45 minutes to get to terminate 3 to terminate train station. Otherwise this hotel is superb"
