“Moldy wet room and linens. The rug was disgusting. The guest pool was closed on Saturday. This is a hassle and they won’t admit the property and service are subpar.”

“Terrible customer service they cancelled my room the day of while we were driving then stated it was Expedia that over booked us. Nothing was done to accommodate us we had to drive 40 mins from this location NOTHING was available for late night arrivals. Terrible customer service no accountability just oh well. We drove 5 hours to be sent away. ”

“Yes it was okay nothing to get excited about. Little things sometimes make an experience go from being pretty good too just being okay. Vary loose toilet seat, no kleenex in the kleenex box holder, loose grab bar excushion in the tub. Probably another reason I wouldn't stay there again which is no fault of the hotel, there's no place to eat at the exit except a couple of fast food places. I should have checked that out better myself. Then to close with somehow a travel insurance charge ended up……

The campground was well-kept, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. We really enjoyed our time here and made some great memories.
