Made reservation paid for reservation

Cons: The desk agents could be more courteous.
When we arrived was told yes we had a reservation and had been charged, but there were no rooms. Desk agent was rude and kept berating Expedia. She did not attempt to help. We were very tired and frustrated. I would not recommend this hotel.

We apologize for the terrible inconvenience. We have had, recently, some technical errors in regard to reservations. This is a communication error between our central reservation system and the third party booking sites. I realize this is not an excuse, rather an explanation for the issue. As far as how it was handled, however, this is an issue we personally can resolve and we will be looking into the matter with regard to proper training. Please do not let this deter you in the future.

Desk Clerk goes the extra mile

Pros: Conveniently located -- eating and small-item shopping venues were within a short walk.
Cons: Silence the creaking hallway floors -- we could hear passing neighbors above the sound of the TV.
Reservation software listed my last name as "SR," so the desk clerk tried every other permutation of my name and reservation number before finding me, and then was nice enough to edit my reservation to non-smoking.

Good for the money

Nice hotel for the money. Steer clear of the "hot" breakfast. Cold gravy and soggy biscuits. Staff was great.

We apologize if the gravy was cold. It is kept in a soup warmer to keep it hot. The biscuits should not be soggy, however, the warmer does create condensation on the lid and perhaps there was an excessive amount on this particular day. We apologize for these oversights and will look into it. We look forward to your next visit.

Great location and fantastic service. Christina was all smiles and very helpful during our check in process. Of all the hotels we stayed in during our 5 day trip across interstate 40 this was by far the best.

Good hotel for a short stop.

Pros: Convenience and price.
Cons: Cigarette smell in main hallway.
Location: I was only there about 8 hours, but there was a Wendy's and a Braum's nearby, and some local places, as well as a gas station.
This was a nice hotel, convenient to the highway and restaurants. I stayed on the first floor, room 101, the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, but the room was perfectly fine. It was spacious, clean, up to date, and reasonably priced.

We apologize for the smoke smell. As we do offer smoking rooms, there is always the chance of smoke being pulled from the other rooms into the hallway. We attempt to mitigate this smell by keeping the smoking on the second floor, but sometimes heavy smokers make that more difficult.
