“There was a little mix up with email, and i didn't receive the checkin email. I reached out and vrbo text it to me very quickly. I have a pending credit, that i should have already received, but have not yet, so for that reason I have rated it 4 stars. I was hoping everything would be resolved before i got this notification to rate my stay. I am hopeful that my credit will be posted soon! When reaching out, the host tells me to reach out to VRBO support and VRBO support says they see that……

“Great location, easy access, nice, clean and affordable. Could have used a bit more instruction on check out (ie where to leave the key). Other than that - no complaints!”

“Location was good. Looks to be an up-and-coming area. A little bit of a hike, but walkable to downtown. Check-in was easy however there was no parking pass or fob as promised. We had to find street parking. We were told they could drop off a parking pass, but not until the day we were checking out. After the first night, our door code was disabled and we were locked out. Luckily there was quick communication with the host and they were able to remotely reset the code. Blinds on patio door didn’t……

“While a studio, the stay offers a full kitchen, complete with baking utensils and pans, and it is very conveniently located in the heart of Des Moines. The bed was comfy, the shower strong, and soaps, shampoos and other bathroom articles were provided.”

“The valley junction loft was a nice place to stay the neighborhood had every and the you need and the host was easy to get a hold of if you had any questions”

“We weren’t given a way to get into the building and had to have someone that lives there let us in. They told us it’s a common problem. ”
