They are undergoing renovations. Uneven flooring to get to elevators. Luggage carts unable to be used during renovations. We were able to manage ( even though we are both seniors), but some might have difficulty. Staff was very welcoming.

Good/bad. The bad was isolated to our room only
Food for breakfast was wonderful! The check in went great with Greg. The water temperature and pressure was awesome in the shower. Unfortunately the heat did not work in our room. My wife and I are so cold all night long. I don’t like to give a bad review ever and that’s why I pointed out the other positives but because we arrived late, and had been in the room for over an hour before we realized it. A room change was offered but we were all unpacked. Didn’t imagine it was going to get even colder.

Great remodel and service!
I enjoyed my room very much. The fresh update has resulted in a contemporary vibe there. It was quiet between 11 pm -7 am, which I appreciated. The staff was friendly and quick to serve. I will definitely be back.

Had a good experience, clean and very comfortable beds. Biggest draw back is the price. I’m a little frugal with my money and I know it won’t be a popular comment I’m gonna say it any way $158 is a lot just to sleep and shower. But other wise great trip!!

The facility is under renovation, so there were some areas that were not finished, but those areas were cordoned off neatly and the finished areas looked great! The dining area is neat and welcoming and the breakfast was great. All staff were friendly and helpful. We will stay here again when we visit Van Wert.

The photos make it look cleaner and nicer than it is. I questioned if my sheets were even clean. I’m glad I’m only here one night because the shower floor looks like it’s seen better days. Hopefully the renovations do this place some good. The check in staff member was efficient and kind.
