“They had a decent hot breakfast, complementary water, and snacks. Staff was very friendly and the room was pretty clean. My only main complaint was the ants. My traveling companion left a drink on the night stand and in the morning. It was covered with ants.”

I understand the weekend we checked in was a busy weekend but what I didnt understand was the fact that if we asked for an early check in and all they say is 1 why my elder parents who arrived at 12:15 couldn't get a room unless they had tobpay an additional $25. I think it was very wrong and then couldn't get a later check out than 30 minutes. One staff member was friendly enough to offer the additional 30……

“The check-in staff was great—friendly and welcoming—but unfortunately, that was the only positive part of our stay at Sleep Inn in Tuscaloosa. The hotel was filthy. The air conditioner in our room leaked, there was mold in the bathroom, and the floors in both the room and hallways were extremely dirty. The towels had stains on them, and it was obvious that surfaces in the room had not been properly wiped down or cleaned. Cleanliness is one of the most important things I expect from a hotel,……
