Clean place but not great area right where it’s located. Toilet leaked so had to shut it off to sleep or kept turning on to fill. Card key not worked one day then had to go have it redone, happened with both rooms.

Unfortunately there were some safety concerns due to homeless folks poking around, the exercise machine was broken, so I was bummed. Other than that this is a great stay at a great value!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean inside and out. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is delightful. We stayed two nights as we explored Vancouver. Walking distance to good food, parks and movie theater!

The staff were friendly, courteous, helpful. The food available for the free breakfast was meager. The hotel itself was clean and modernized. There were dozens of homeless people "car camping" and wandering the adjacent streets and a vacant lot a block away. So, my review is quite mixed.
