I always stay here when i visit Maple Ridge and love it! the staff and breakfast are great and its nice having pool access for the kids as well. My only Comment about my current stay is that the TV in my room wouldn't even turn on and after talking with the staff, its been happening in a few rooms due to some minor renovations. but otherwise this hotel is always great! :)

The motel has been recently updated. The motel is pet friendly. The only significant issue was the noise from the upstairs guests. I would stay here again.

Second time I have stay. It severs its purpose. Location is very convenient. Lots of parking. Room is clean and serviced daily. More than anything is the staff are wonderful and extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

Run away!
To start, the girls at the front were very nice. Unfortunately, my stay was terrible! There were literally drug addicts walking around inside and outside. They kept me up threw the night on two occasions as I was there for 10 nights. I couldn't change hotels because the hotel had already been submitted threw work. The hot tub had 4 inches of foam on top, it was so dirty. I couldn't use the bath tub because the plug was broken. One morning there was white stuff all over the hallway in front of my door from a vent in the ceiling. I changed rooms 3 times because of noise and other issues. One room the floor to the bathroom was sinking. The air conditioner in another room didn't work. I am thankful I never have to stay here again. Worst hotel experience I have ever had! Even though the girls at the front desk were nice, I couldn't even look at the staff after I left as I was so upset. My final exams were after my last night there. I did not sleep the entire night because of someone opening and shutting all night.(not exagerating at all!). I'm lucky I passed. Do not stay here!!!

Despite a few hiccups with getting situated into our room, the stay was very enjoyable. Rooms newly renovated pool area was good and breakfast area and choices were excellent. Will consider staying there again

I was charged twice for the same stay. I did it authorize the second billing. I attempted calls to the hotel and was unable to contact anyone. I attempted a general toll free number for Best Estern but was put in a queue at position 97 for a projected 1.5 hour wait.

This is our second stay at the Best Western in Maple Ridge....it is conveniently situated for when we visit our family. The room was spotlessly clean both times.....Coffee maker microwave fridge & television all provided. There was also an iron. The counter space in the bathroom was somewhat challenging.....very small. The breakfast room was quite spartan....paper plates plastic forks & spoons etc....a bit basic but adequate. Despite the fact that it's right on the highway it was perfectly quiet at night.

Stay at Best Western in Ridge Meadows BC
Staff were very friendly and helpful, meeting our needs and requests. Overall, room conditions were well maintained and serviced Hotel roadside signage was not eye-catching enough, especially when we were driving, already slowing down, in the evening when it was raining. We missed the driveways to the hotel parking lot.
